Beads: Your Passion and your Satisfaction

 Have you ever wondered why bead accessories are still relevant till today? Brides, grooms, men, women and even children are not left behind in making use of beads to accentuate their beauty and uniqueness. It would interest you to know that bead accessories has gone viral and quite useful to all and sundry as compared to few years ago. As days goes by and months turn into years, it has gone global and large number of people have developed passion for these. Having improved on it, modified it through the act of creativity and innovation for creating extraordinary bead designs.

 What is Passion?
       Passion is a drive that is born out of commitment to a purpose. It is that purpose that you have a strong desire for or can be explained as that thing you love doing. Passion  fuels any purpose and it's only keeps you going in spite of the challenges you face. Remember the world is a two way coin; the ups and downs, the good and the bad.

      In other words, whatever product you would love to go into, either as a beginner in bead making, a bead designer or any other venture you need to ask yourself this simple but crucial question ' Do I have passion for this'? If you can answer this question very well then I am certain you are going somewhere. This is as a result of the innovations you will be doing in that particular work.

In bead making, you need to develop a passion for creating the designs you do and not just because the other person is doing it and recording success, you also want to try the same thing. It really doesn't work that way. When you are passionate about what you do, you would go places.

      Let me remind you that beads has different styles, shapes, colours and sizes that can cause you to lose interest in it  but your ability to know how to coordinate different colours for each designs will help you alongside your passion, focus and consistency which will bring outstanding success.

 Carve A Niche For Yourself
In business, as an entrepreneur you need to be able to organize your product in a way that you will get it across to your target audience. All you need to do is carving a niche for yourself.

Your passion should come from within and not from outside for success to be guaranteed. Don't forget to also get a key selling point for yourself which makes your brand unique and goes a  long way to add value to your work and cause satisfaction to occur.
This bring me to the second point ' Satisfaction'. I will be explaining satisfaction here in two forms;

 Internal/ Personal Satisfaction
        There is a level of satisfaction that you derive from seeing your work on a person. You will feel good about it and it will gladden  your heart and make you satisfied with your work, you could wake up at any hour of the day to make some fabulous beads accessories while being innovative about it, either as a spiral design, bead in bead maze design, double matting designs, netting, ball designs and many others just to deliver extraordinary result.

 External/ Customer Satisfaction
         I would liken this to the satisfaction that comes when the service you rendered  to your customers meets or exceed their expectations. This is done by  receiving wonderful feedbacks from your customers after delivering what they have ordered for. The joy that you could attend to a 'need' somewhere makes the different and can increase the growth of the business through referrals and suggestions. You should know that satisfied customers are more likely to make repeat purchase. This will even give you the strength to do more by improving everyday in order to continue to put smiles on the faces of your client.

 Passion and satisfaction cannot be overemphasized in making of bead accessories. Bead making gives me satisfaction which makes me to learn  more everyday on the job. No one is an island, so you should always read daily to broaden your horizon and keep being updated.
    Be passionate about what you do and don't give up. The sky is your starting point.
